The client provides software platforms in the medical sector to enhance patient, payer, and provider interactions. While improving financial performance and the experiences of patients and staff, they automate the communication flow and transform raw data into actionable information.

The challenge

There are two major business objectives that must be met. Data security was the first step to preserving patient data and information integrity and anonymity. This is because medical services exchange information with insurance companies, authorities, etc. An influential aspect of the project was to create the entire document flow independently, without the use of third-party integrations, with full capability of creating, storing, signing, and fully using the documents so that the software could be used specifically to request medical services.
